Criteria:

• Full creative license for design elements

• Space for casual dining (4-6 person seating) and meal prep

• Living space that focuses on conversation around the fire

• Custom fireplace with mantle

• Contemporary feel with organic/natural colors

• Natural lighting should be maximized; no additions to current windows

• No adjustment to bed and bath allowed; living space and kitchen only
